If you receive an error stating "HTTP Error 400 Invalid Cookie", you may need to remove the browser cookies related to Xerox. You can remove all cookies, but this may remove saved passwords for other sites. Using these instructions will target just the Cookie causing the issue.
Background:
Many websites use a Cookie Consent form that requires users to "Allow Cookies". When we select the "Allow All" on the Xerox.com Cookie Consent form, it adds a bad value in the cookie that PREO blocks and causes the login error. These steps will update your browser to a valid cookie to enable your PREO login once again.
Here is a video describing the issue and resolution in detail:

Click on the Google Chrome Menu > Settings
β
Click Privacy and Security > Third Party Cookies
Click See all site data and permissions
Search for xerox.com > expand the results > delete the results specific to xerox
When you go to Xerox.com, use the "X" to close the Cookie Consent form. This will continue to pop-up on each Xerox page, but if you select any of the options, it will create the error on PREO.
You can now go login to PREO.
We believe this issue will be resolved over time as the Cookie Consent form on Xerox is updated, but we do not have an ETA.
