If you want your service escalation rate to be at 0, but still have the contract escalate, you can calculate the blended escalation rate(s).
Use the spreadsheet to determine the rates by filling in the highlighted cells.
Select Manual Pricing in PREO to enter the rates from the Average for Contract section of the spreadsheet.
Attach the spreadsheet in PREO under Additional Documents.
Enter 0 for the Service Escalation Rate.
This will require an approval.
When submitting the Service Escalation Rate Approval request, note that the rate has been pre-escalated and spreadsheet is attached.
