As PREO continues to evolve, we have created a new support model for the field. Effective immediately, please follow these guidelines for submitting or escalating any PREO requests, issues, or questions:
If PREO is Accessible:
Use PREOBot Search: Search over 200 articles (and growing) for a solution.
Use PREOBot Chat: Ask your Regional Champions any questions.
Note: A link to the proposal is required. The team cannot provide support without this information.
If PREO is Not Accessible:
Email your Regional PREO Champion(s).
Please do not reach out to anyone, including Jeff Watts, other than your Regional Champions. They will triage your issue and provide a solution or escalate it appropriately.
