If PREO is Accessible:
Use PREOBot Search: Search over 200 articles (and growing) for a solution.
Use PREOBot Chat: Ask your Regional Champions any questions. All PREO Champions provide support across all regions as a team. For the most comprehensive assistance, it's recommended to connect with PREO Champions through the PREObot Chat system, as this ensures all team members are included.

If PREO is Not Accessible:
Email your Regional PREO Champion(s).
Please do not reach out to anyone, including Jeff Watts, other than your Regional Champions. They will triage your issue and provide a solution or escalate it appropriately.
