1. Begin by clicking on comment icon

2. Click on Conversation that you want to Archive

​Note: Archiving a conversation is a way to remove the conversation from your main inbox without deleting it, often for the sake of organization and staying focused on your more important conversations. It is completely optional.

3. From there, click the Archive Icon in the top right

4. Finally, a window will appear asking if you are sure that you would like to archive this conversation, if you're sure then click 'Ok' and the conversation will be moved your 'Archived' section

5. Now you will notice that the conversation has been removed from the main inbox section. To view your archived conversations, click the 'Inbox' dropdown in the top left

6. Choose Archive

7. From this Archive you can see the complete list of conversations that you have archived, they have not been deleted and can still be interacted with from here if ever needed.

2. Click on the Conversation you want to delete

3. Click on the Delete icon

4. Press OK to confirm

Please note that deleted Conversations cannot be retrieved.
