How to Find Your Challenges

How to find your organization's Challenges.

Start by hovering over Manage in the top navigation bar. Select Manage Challenges. This will take you to the Challenge Management page, where all of the Challenges that belong to your organization are listed.

Note that you can search for specific Challenges in this view, or filter for Challenges with given properties.

You can also perform a few actions on your Challenges using the Manage dropdown:

  • Announcements: Send mass messages to the participants of this Challenge. Announcements are email or Prepr inbox messages that can contain any info you'd like.

  • Project Assessment: Create assessment criteria and invite assessors to evaluate projects submitted to this Challenge.

  • Manage User: Invite users to join your Challenge, accept users that are requesting late entry into your Challenge, or remove users from your Challenge.

  • Project Submission: View all projects submitted to this Challenge.

  • Generate Report: Download a report covering participants' activities on this Challenge.

  • Edit Challenge: Edit the details this Challenge. If you edit the details of an ongoing Challenge, then update emails will be sent to the followers of your organization stating that the Challenge has been updated.

  • Clone Challenge: Duplicates this Challenge.

  • Delete Challenge: Permanently removes your Challenge from the platform.

Be careful! Once you delete a Challenge, there is no way to get it back!
