A Challenge Agreement is a legal agreement between all parties in order to protect participants and the organizations involved. As a challenge manager, you will be prompted to include this when creating a new challenge. Your agreement should address how the submissions will be used, intellectual property and prizing if applicable. When a participant is ready to submit their completed project to your challenge they will be required to accept or decline the terms outlined in your agreement.

If you don’t have an agreement written, then please reach out to Prepr and we will work with you in order to create a Challenge Agreement that will work with your internal intellectual property needs, talent sourcing, and all of your procurement and/or acquisition needs.
