This article will explain the features of Progressive Organizations

Step 1: Go to PreprLabs.org

Step 2: Register your Organization

Step 3: Create your log in credentials

Step 4: Answer the question, "How can we serve you?" then press Next button

Step 5: Answer the question, "What business Challenge are you tackling?" Select from drop down.

Step 6: Pick a plan

Step 7: Update Organization details

Note:

In the above image for custom url, your Organization name will be reflecting only for paid plans (not for free plan)

Step 8: Invite users

You can invite users to join your Organization or at a later point to join your Lab

Once the Organization has been setup, you will get a confirmation.

Step 9: Select a plan

Step 9 A: To upgrade plans click on the Upgrade button

The Lab Limit information can be found on the Manage Labs page.

Step 10: Customize the Organization page. Available only for paid plans.

You can customize the logo, background color and background image.

Note:

Customization is not available for free plans.

Once customization is done, you will receive a confirmation.

Manage Integrations

Step 1: Go to Profile > Settings. Click on Integrations.

Step 2: Activate or Deactivate integrations

Editing Organizations

Step 1: Go to Manage > Manage Organizations

Step 2: Click on Organization name

Step 3: Click on Manage button

Manage button is added with options in dropdown as manage members, edit organization and Integration settings as shown

Manage button and dropdown is similar to the one we have in Lab and Challenge pages

Another way to access Organizations is by clicking on the 9 square icon then Organization.

Organization type filter is similar to what we have for Labs & Challenge pages

If we hover over the tick mark symbol after the Organization title then it will show it is a verified Organization (Tick mark will be present only for Verified Organizations)
