Step 1: Click on the three lines in the top right corner of your page

Step 2: Click on the 'Challenge Management' button on the right-side of the page

Step 3: Under the Challenge you want to create an assessment for, click on the green 'Manage' button and select 'Project Assessment'.

Step 4: When the Challenge assessment opens, select 'Closed Evaluation'. Then assign users to evaluate Projects and choose if you want the assessments to be visible or hidden from users. Afterwards, type in your assessment guidelines and add in your assessment criteria.
