Learning points are a means of rewarding user engagement on PreprLabs. You can earn learning points by:
Logging in
Connecting your PreprLabs account to other services
Building and submitting projects
Interacting with projects
In addition, Labs and Challenges can award learning points as a participation prize for users who submit projects. Additional learning points can be awarded to exceptional projects.
Learning points are tracked on a leaderboard, which can be seen on every user's dashboard. In addition, Labs and Challenges keep their own leaderboards, which rank their participants.
Gaining learning points increases your learning rank, which in turn unlocks more Labs and Challenges for you to try on PreprLabs. This is a great reason to keep checking in and exploring what's out there!
Note that learning points cannot be transferred between users, and do not have any monetary value.
