How to Sign Up for a Plan

Learn how to get started with a plan.

When you sign up as an organization, you can select any plan and start a 14-day trial. Once this period ends, you organization moves back to the Seed plan, and your access to some features is rolled back.

To continue using your chosen plan, you must set up billing information and formally start your subscription.

To do so, look to the Top Navigation Menu, click your Profile Image, and in the dropdown menu, select Upgrade Plan. This will take you to the Plan Management page.

This page will provide you with details on each plan. Browse through the options, and select a plan that fits your needs by clicking any Select a Plan button. This will open a popup.

In the popup, enter the email address you used to register your organization. This will send a one-time password to that email.

Enter the one-time password into the popup, and then click Login. Note that these passwords expire after 5 minutes. This will open a menu in the popup which gives you various options for managing your subscription.

In this menu, select the Payment Methods option and fill out your card details. You may be redirected to your bank page for 3D Secure purposes.

Also select the Billing & Shipping Addresses option and fill out your business' information.

Once you've completed these steps, select the white box at the top containing your plan's name and your organization's name. This will open the Subscription Details page.

In this page, click the link labelled Edit Subscription. This will bring you to the Edit Subscription Details page.

In this next page, click the Change button, next to the white box containing your current subscription's name.

Select your desired plan from the dropdown and press Update, followed by Confirm. This will change your organization's plan.
