When you start a project on PreprLabs, you have the option of making it available for other users to join. You can specify which skills you're looking for from those members, and what stage they can expect to find your project in.
This information shows up on the Team Matching page, which acts as a kind of 'job board' for anyone interested in joining a project. You can apply to a project by messaging a member of that project's team.
Tip: Like any kind of job board, your application will be most effective if you have a complete profile that shows off your skills. Make sure to update your profile and fill out your skills and professional information.
Listings on the Team Matching page can be filtered by recruiting status, user type, and by the skills they're looking for.
