How to Edit Your Organization

Learn to manage your organization's public presence on PreprLabs

Start by hovering over the Manage option in the Top Navigation bar and selecting Manage Organizations. This will take you to Organization Management page.

Here, you will find all the organizations you have created or been invited to. Use the page's filter and search controls to find the organization you want to edit.

Once you've found your organization, click the Edit Page button under its listing. This will take you to the edit interface.

Here, you can change a variety of fields on your organization's public page, including:

  • Organization Name: How your organization appears on PreprLabs.

  • Organization URL: An external link to your organization's web presence.

  • Description: Further details about your organization.

  • Number of employees: The number of employees in your organization.

  • Category: What kind of organization it is.

  • Location: Where your organization is headquartered.

  • Custom URL: Your organization's profile URL on PreprLabs.

  • Organization members: Public members of your team.

Once you're satisfied with your changes, click the Update Organization Page button at the bottom of the interface. This will successfully save your changes on the organization page.
