Each subscription plan has a limitation of Labs, Lab Programs and Pre-Built Labs.
When you have reached any one of these limits, you will be prompted to purchase additional credits. At this point, go to Lab Marketplace and click on the Purchase Credits button.
Enter your email address and press Continue.
Enter the 6 digit password code sent to your email address and then click on the Login button.
For changes to your account, use the following fields;
Account Information - contact name, email address and language
Billing & Shipping Addresses - address changes
Payment Methods - enter new or changed credit card information
If there are no changes to your account, then click on your current plan (e.g. Seed Plan) to continue.
Click on Edit Subscription.
Click on Change.
Select your new plan and click on Update.
Update the plan on your account by clicking on the Update button.
If you decide that you need a different plan, press on the Change button. When you press on the Confirm button, your credit card on file will be charged the amount of the new plan which you have selected.
