This feature allows users to invite contacts from their HR application to their Organization, Lab or Challenge.
Here are the HR applications from where you can import contacts.
IMPORT CONTACTS TO YOUR ORGANIZATION
Step 1 -Click on Manage tab and then Manage Organization
Step 2 - Click on Manage Members green button
Step 3 - Click on Add Member green button
Step 4 - Select From HR Integrations and click on Send green button
What appears after you press Send green button
Step 5 - Click on the HR application (e.g. Salesforce) from where you want to export contacts
Step 6 - Select the users to export from the Contact Page
Note:
You have the option of selecting specific contacts by checking the box next to their name or selecting all your contacts in the HR application by clicking on Select All.
If you would like to designate a role to each contact, click on the User button
If you would like to assign the same role to all the selected contacts, click on the box next to Invite all selected users as and select the User role.
Please also note the number of contacts you can export is limited by the User Limit of your plan.
Step 7 - Compose the message that you want to send to the contacts then press Import Contacts green button
Step 8 - Receive confirmation that contacts were imported
IMPORT CONTACTS TO YOUR LAB
Step 1 - Click on Manage tab then Manage Lab
Step 2 - Click on the green Manage button for the Lab then click on Manage Members
Step 3 - Click on the Add User green button
Step 4 - Click on circle in front of From HR Integrations then click on Send green button
Step 5 - Click on the HR application
Step 6 - Follow steps 7-8 from Import Contacts To Your Organization
IMPORT CONTACTS TO YOUR CHALLENGE
Step 1 - Click on Manage tab then Manage Challenges
Step 2 - Click on the Manage green button for the Challenge where you want to invite contacts
Step 3 - Click on Manage User
Step 4 - Follow steps 3-6 from Import Contacts To Your Lab
