From virtual summits and webinars to meetups, workshops, and everything in between, Airmeet is an event experience platform for bringing people together from wherever they are.

Please note that Airmeet is only integrated with Labs.

Step 1: Airmeet Setup

Go to the Manage button for the Lab and click on edit.

Toggle button is added to enable/disable the event

If this toggle is disabled then Live event will be grayed out and also the Link Airmeet event & Linked Event will be disabled at the bottom

If the Live Event is Enabled then Link Airmeet Event is mandatory (with * asterik symbol)

Step 2: Join a Lab

Step 3: Click on Live Event Button

If the user clicks on Live Event then it will redirect to the event page as well as the user receives the event link via email. If the Lab does not open, please click on the title.

Step 4: Invite Lab members to join live event by clicking on Send Invitation Link button

The scheduled events can be found in the Event Schedule tab
