1. About Redemption Codes and Gift Cards
Gift Cards are designed for members to use on the PPAcademy platform.
Please register for an account or log in with your member email and password before claiming, sharing, or using a gift card.
Redemption Codes can be used when redeeming a course.
Please register or log in to your account first, then follow the redemption process to apply the code to the course or project.
2. How to Use Redemption Codes / Gift Cards
Claim a Course / Gift Using a Redemption Code
After registering or logging into your account, click your profile icon on the top right of the website.
Select “Redeem Courses / Gifts.”
Enter the redeem code or gift card and click “Claim.”
After claiming the gift card, you can choose to redeem it yourself or share it with others.
Redeem a Claimed Gift Card
Click “Exchange Now” on the claimed gift card.
If the gift card grants course or plan access, you must complete the Redeemer Information form.
If the plan includes physical items (such as books, printed magazines, or physical gifts), you must provide shipping information.
After completing the information, click “Next, Exchange.”
Agree to the platform’s terms and click “Exchange” to gain access to the course.
3. Redemption Code / Gift Card Usage Rules
Usage Period
Official gift cards issued by PressPlay Academy will include a validity period.
The holder must redeem the gift card before the expiration date. If it is not redeemed within the validity period, it will be considered forfeited, and PressPlay Academy will not reissue the gift card or provide cash compensation or any other form of reimbursement.
Related Terms and Rules
Redemption codes are issued without a registered name, and PressPlay Academy will identify them only by the redemption code itself.
Once a redemption code has been redeemed, it cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged. Please keep your code secure.
Each redemption code includes a code number and validity period. Please redeem and use it before the expiration date.
PressPlay Academy will not reissue expired codes or exchange them for cash.
After purchase, redemption codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Except in cases where the issue is caused by PressPlay Academy or due to force majeure, PressPlay Academy will not be liable for compensation if a member is unable to use the redemption code or if the redemption code information is lost.
If a member’s use of a redemption code infringes upon the rights of a third party or causes a third party to make claims against PressPlay Academy, the member shall be responsible for resolving the matter and compensating PressPlay Academy for any resulting damages.
Members must use redemption codes in accordance with these rules, the PressPlay Academy Terms of Service, and all relevant announcements on the PressPlay Academy website, and must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
PressPlay Academy reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the above activities and terms at any time. Any updates will be announced on the PressPlay Academy website without separate notice.
