How to report data issues or bugs in your report

Short answer

Email support@preuve.ai with your idea name and what looks off. I'll investigate and either fix it or refund you.

What counts as "wrong"?

  • Missing competitors you know exist

  • Broken sections or empty fields

  • Duplicate or garbled text

What's probably not wrong

  • Score lower than you hoped (that might just be the market reality)

  • Competitors you've never heard of (we scan databases you might not have access to)

  • Insights that challenge your assumptions (that's the point)

How to report it

Email support@preuve.ai with:

  1. Your idea name or the email you used

  2. Which section looks wrong

  3. What you expected vs. what you got

I personally review every report issue. If the data is genuinely wrong, I'll regenerate your report for free. If the tool failed you, full refund, no questions.

Why this happens sometimes

Preuve AI scans 50+ live data sources. Occasionally:

  • A source times out during peak hours

  • Your idea is in a niche with limited public data

  • The AI misunderstood your description
