How to unsubscribe from emails

You can manage your email preferences directly from your account settings. Here is how:

  1. Go to preuve.ai and log in

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right

  3. Open Account Settings

  4. Click Preferences in the left menu

  5. Scroll down to Email Preferences

  6. Toggle off Receive emails

What emails will I still receive?

Essential emails (security alerts, password reset, report delivery) are always on and cannot be disabled. These are required for your account to function properly.

Turning off Receive emails will stop marketing, product updates, and tips.
