How to delete your account

Steps to permanently delete your TestYourIdea account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. Go to preuve.ai and log in

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right

  3. Open Account Settings

  4. Click Security in the left menu

  5. Scroll down to the Delete account section

  6. Click Send confirmation email

  7. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link to permanently delete your account

What gets deleted?

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile and personal data

  • All your reports and history

  • Any unused tokens on your account

This action cannot be undone.

What if I just want to stop receiving emails?

You do not need to delete your account to unsubscribe. Go to Account Settings > Preferences > Email Preferences and toggle off Receive emails.
