The Calendar view offers a visual way to plan, create, and manage your time records across days, weeks, or the entire month.

How to use:

  • Switch to Calendar view to see your time records laid out across a timeline. Use the buttons to switch between Day, Week, and Month views.

  • To create a new time record, either:

    • Click the + button and choose Time record, or

    • Click and drag directly on the calendar to define the duration visually.

  • You can reposition time entries by dragging them to a different day or time.

  • Adjust the length of a record by dragging its edge.

  • Double-click an existing entry to open and edit its details.

  • Use color-coding to quickly identify entries. You can choose whether colors reflect the Client or the Project assigned to the entry.

  • Click the cogwheel icon next to the view selector (Day/Week/Month) to adjust Calendar settings:

    • Choose your default calendar view

    • Set which day the week starts on

    • Change the zoom level (time block size)

    • Select whether colors are based on Client or Project

    • Show or hide specific weekdays in your calendar

This view is ideal for users who prefer a visual, drag-and-drop approach to time tracking.
