This section allows you to manage the structure behind how tasks move from one stage to another.
Each project is connected to a customizable workflow—a set of statuses that define the life cycle of tasks (e.g., To Do → In Progress → Done).
To edit workflows:
Click Projects Workflow at the top of the module.
You’ll be taken to a canvas-like editor, where you can:
Define which statuses are available
Configure allowed transitions between statuses
Organize statuses under broader categories (To Do, In Progress, Done)
Set the initial status for new tasks
You can add new statuses using the + buttons, define their name and category, and specify if they can be reached from any other status.
When you're done, click Save in the top-right corner.
