Projects Workflow

This section allows you to manage the structure behind how tasks move from one stage to another.

Each project is connected to a customizable workflow—a set of statuses that define the life cycle of tasks (e.g., To Do → In Progress → Done).

To edit workflows:

  1. Click Projects Workflow at the top of the module.

  2. You’ll be taken to a canvas-like editor, where you can:

    • Define which statuses are available

    • Configure allowed transitions between statuses

    • Organize statuses under broader categories (To Do, In Progress, Done)

    • Set the initial status for new tasks

You can add new statuses using the + buttons, define their name and category, and specify if they can be reached from any other status.

When you're done, click Save in the top-right corner.
