How to Add a Payment Card in the New primaTime 2.0 App

Quick guide for migrated users to continue using primaTime without interruption

Since your account has been successfully migrated to primaTime 2.0, the billing system has also been upgraded from FastSpring to Stripe — our new, secure payment partner.

To ensure uninterrupted access once your current subscription period ends, please add your payment card to Stripe.

Your data, licenses, and subscription details remain fully preserved. You will only be charged once your current prepaid period ends — no double billing will occur.

Step-by-Step guide to enter your payment card

  1. Open Organization Settings

    Open the main navigation menu and select Organization Settings.

  2. Open the Billing page

    Inside Organization Settings, click on the Billing section in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Manage subscription

    On the Billing page, click the Manage subscription button.

  4. Redirect to Stripe

    After clicking the button, you’ll be automatically redirected to a secure page hosted by our payment partner, Stripe.

  5. Add a payment method

    Within Stripe, click the Add payment method button.

  6. Enter your card details

    After clicking Add payment method, enter your card information.
    Alternatively, you can select another available payment method (e.g., Apple Pay).

  7. Confirm and verify activation

    Once your payment method is added, you’ll be redirected back to the main page where you’ll see your payment method listed as active.

  8. Return to primaTime

    Click Return to primatime.com s.r.o. to go back to the primaTime app.


What Happens Next

That's it. You're all set up.

  • Your subscription, licenses, and expiration date were automatically migrated.

  • You will only be charged once your current prepaid period ends — no double billing will occur.

  • Your previous FastSpring subscription will be automatically canceled after the migration.


Access and Subscription Management

You can access the new version of the app at

You can also return to your Stripe billing portal anytime to:

  • Update your payment method

  • Review invoices

  • Manage or cancel your subscription
