Switching or Changing Subscription Plans

If you want to change your subscription (e.g. from monthly to yearly), follow these steps:

Depending on how you subscribed to Primed Mind, you can switch your subscription plan through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly via the Primed Mind Web App. Follow the instructions below based on your subscription method.


How to Switch Your Subscription via the Apple App Store

  1. Open the Settings App on Your iPhone

    • Go to your Settings app.

  2. Tap on Your Name

    • Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions to view all of your active and expired subscriptions.

  3. Select ‘Subscriptions’

    • Tap Subscriptions to view all of your active and expired subscriptions.

  4. Find Primed Mind

    • Locate Primed Mind in the list of active subscriptions and tap on it.

  5. Choose a Different Plan

    • Select your new subscription option, such as monthly or yearly. Confirm your selection to complete the change.

Note: Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How to Switch Your Subscription via the Google Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store App

    • On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap on Your Profile Icon

    • This is located in the top right corner of the screen. Tap on it to access your account menu.

  3. Select ‘Payments & Subscriptions’

    • In the account menu, choose Payments & Subscriptions and then Subscriptions to view all of your active subscriptions.

  4. Find Primed Mind

    • Locate Primed Mind in the list of active subscriptions and tap on it.

  5. Choose a Different Plan

    • Select your new subscription option, such as monthly or yearly, and confirm your choice.

Note: Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How to Switch Your Subscription via the Primed Mind Web App

  1. Go to the Primed Mind Web App

  2. Log In to Your Account

    • Enter your credentials to access your Primed Mind account.

  3. Access Profile

    • Once logged in, go to Profile on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Select ‘Billing’

    • In the Profile menu, find and select the Billing option.

  5. Cancel Your Current Subscription

    1. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  6. Resubscribe to a Different Plan

    1. Once your current plan expires, return to the web-app and choose your new subscription option, such as monthly or yearly.
