Understanding Free Trials and Billing

If you’re starting a free trial or wondering when you’ll be charged, this article explains how trials and billing work in Primed Mind.

Depending on where you subscribed, your trial and billing are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly via the Primed Mind Web App.


How the Free Trial Works

New users may receive a 7-day free trial when subscribing to a yearly plan. During your trial, you’ll have full access to all Primed Mind Premium features.

Once your 7-day trial ends, your subscription will be automatically converted to a paid membership unless you cancel before the renewal date.

When You’ll Be Charged

Billing begins immediately after your free trial ends. For example, if your 7-day trial ends on July 10, your first payment will be charged on July 11.

You can view your exact renewal date in your App Store, Google Play Store, or on the Primed Mind Billing Page.

How to Cancel During the Trial

If you don’t wish to continue after your trial, make sure to cancel your subscription before the trial ends. Follow the steps here: Canceling Your Subscription.

IMPORTANT: Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Depending on where you subscribed, management happens through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Primed Mind Billing Page.

Refunds After the Trial

If your trial has already converted into a paid subscription, refund requests must be made through the platform you used to subscribe. While refunds are not guaranteed and you are not legally entitled to one after your subscription begins, you can still request a refund through your platform — many providers will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
