Each Primer helps you relax, focus, and access a calm, receptive state where positive change and mental clarity can naturally unfold.
How Primers Work in Primed Mind
When you listen to a Primer in the Primed Mind app, you’ll be guided through an audio session using guided visualization and hypnotherapy techniques developed by high performance mindset coach Elliot Roe to help you relax, focus, or perform at your best.
Why Choose a Primer?
Primers are designed to help you create real mental shifts in just a few minutes. Each session targets a specific goal—like building confidence, improving focus, or calming the mind—so you can use them anytime you need quick, effective support. They’re easy to follow, suitable for both beginners and experienced users, and help you move into a relaxed, focused state where lasting change can happen naturally.
When and How Often Should You Use a Primer?
You might use a Primer every morning to prime your mind, before a big meeting for focus, or in the evening to unwind. There’s no fixed rule—listen as often as you feel benefits.
Primed Mind offers a large library of Primers designed for specific goals and situations, such as improving confidence, sleeping better, reducing stress, or preparing for events like job interviews and public speaking.
Understanding Power Primers and Deep Primers
Primed Mind offers two types of Primers to fit different needs and time frames.
Power Primers are short sessions, usually around 5–6 minutes, designed for quick focus, relaxation, or motivation.
Deep Primers last longer—typically over 10 minutes—and provide a more immersive experience, helping you relax more deeply or prepare for important moments.
Both use the same hypnotherapy and guided meditation techniques; the difference lies in how much time you want to invest and how deeply you want to engage.
Is Hypnosis Safe?
Yes. Inside each Primer, you remain fully conscious and in control. You’ll experience deep relaxation and heightened focus, but you’re at no risk of losing control.
Important: Primers are designed for relaxation and deep focus. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
