Primed Mind uses hypnotherapy principles, guided visualization, and performance coaching to help you reach a calm, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive change.

How Hypnosis Works in Primed Mind

Primed Mind combines hypnotherapy principles with guided visualization and high-performance coaching to help you reach calm, focused, and receptive states. Once in this state, the mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, allowing the sessions to gently reprogram limiting thought patterns and strengthen new, supportive ways of thinking and responding.

How Primed Mind uses hypnosis

  • Guided audio: Short sessions (“Primers”) use suggestion and visualization to prime both conscious and subconscious processes for a specific goal (e.g., focus, sleep, confidence).

  • Designed by leading experts: Content is developed with Elliot Roe’s hypnotherapy-based high performance mindset methodology.

  • Targeted & practical: Primers are results-oriented and intentionally brief so you can use them anytime.

I’ve Never Tried Visualization or Hypnosis — Will This Really Work for Me?

For nearly everyone, yes. Our Primers have helped thousands of users—from Olympic athletes to busy parents—shift their mental state in minutes. No prior experience is needed; just put on your headphones, press play, and follow the voice guidance. We offer at least one Primer for free, so you can try it first and see if it’s a good fit for you.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Yes, hypnosis is completely safe here in Primed Mind. Our sessions are designed to help you relax and focus while you remain fully awake and in control at all times. You’re simply guided into a calm, receptive state where your mind becomes more open to positive change — nothing happens without your awareness or consent.

Safety note

Hypnosis in Primed Mind is non-clinical, self-guided audio. You’re conscious and can stop at any time. For your safety, don’t listen while driving or operating machinery.
