I didn't receive the password reset email?

If you haven't received a password reset email, here are few things you can try to fix this.

I didn't receive a password reset email

After you follow the steps to reset your password, we will send you a password reset link on the email address you used to create your Printt account.

If you didn't receive this email:

  1. Check your email's Spam or Junk folder.

  2. Wait for 15 minutes - sometimes emails can take a while to get to you

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may have entered the wrong email address when you were resetting your password. If you think this is the case, resent your password again.

⭐️ If you tried the steps above and still can't log in, get in touch. After verifying that you're the account owner, an Printt Agent will work with you to resolve the issue.
