We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As a rule of thumb as long as we haven't printed or shipped your files yet or if your printing is damaged you can get a full refund.
How to get a refund on my Printt Delivery Order?
Full Refund - If we haven't started printing your document we can cancel it and you will get a full refund. Alternatively, if your documents are printed badly or damaged we can either refund you or re-print and ship again on us.
No refund - unfortunately, if we have printed your documents we can not issue a refund. Except if they are damaged upon receipt.
How to get a refund on Printt Now?
If something goes wrong while you are using one of our kiosks, we will automatically issue your a refund back. For example, paper or ink runs out during your printing.
If your job is badly printed please let us know by getting in touch and sending us a photo so we can refund you manually.
