To track your order, you’ll first need your DPD or Royal Mail tracking number, then you will need to enter those tracking numbers into their websites: DPD and RoyalMail.

🤔 If you are unsure of your order number, you can find it on your tracking number email that was sent to you or in your profile in the My Orders section.

You can track your order 👀 only with Tracked Delivery whit Royal Mail and Express Delivery options whit the Royal Mail or Express Delivery whit DPD.

When does a parcel start being tracked?

Please note that parcel tracking will not begin until the Printt parcel is scanned upon collection from Printt's factory. Drivers with a handheld terminal will immediately make a collection scan. Other parcels may only be shown as

collected once they’ve been scanned at the courier depot.
