If you'd like to print the calendar from Prism, here are a couple of options:

  1. "Export to PDF" from Safari on a Mac

  2. Use another calendar application to enable print

1. "Export to PDF" from Safari on a Mac

While Chrome is the recommended browser optimized for Prism, if you or someone on your team uses a Mac, you have the ability to "Export as PDF" directly from Safari. You may need to edit the scaling to fit 1 page, and from there you can generate a printable PDF.

2. Use another calendar application to enable print

Since the entire calendar might not appear on your browser window, you have the option to use another calendar application to enable print. Often, the easiest way to do this is from your computer's native calendar application (i.e., iCal for Mac; Calendar for PCs). These calendars have a print option that will allow you to print specific weeks or months on a one page view.

Here's how to set it up

  1. Integrate Prism with google calendar. Note that you will need Admin permissions to integrate Google calendar.* Go to the icon with your initials in the bottom left corner of Prism > Settings > Web Integrations tab > Google Calendar integration > Click Connect and then authorize via google. This will take time to sync over to Google Calendar but you will notice calendars for each stage begin to populate on your connected google account. More information on the Google Calendar integration here

  2. Via iCal or your native calendar application, sync google calendar to your computer.

  3. Use your native calendar application to print the calendar. (On iCal choose File> Print and on PC Calendar app click the three dot menu in the top right corner and click Print).
