Using Saved Views

Save filters on the Calendar, Event List, and Reports to view specific types of shows or markets.

We added Saved Views to all filters on the Calendar, Event List, and Reports to make finding the information you need easier and with more customizable options. Each view you save will be remembered on your account for the next time you log in. Note that Saved Views are only saved to your user account and will not be shared with the entire organization.

If you'd like to set up the same Saved View as someone on your team, you can set your search criteria, apply filters, and share the URL with them. If your teammate pastes the URL into their address bar while logged into Prism, they will get those filters applied. From there they can save that view for themselves!

Create Your First Saved View

  1. On the calendar, use the filter button in the top right corner to determine which stages and types of shows to display on the calendar. On the Event List or Reports, you may filter for additional details such as type of show, Owner, and Contacts.

2. Once you have updated the filters, click Save As to save your first view.

3. Name your view and click Save.

Update Saved Views

  • To rename a view, click the three dot menu and select "Rename View."

  • To update an existing view, update the filters, click the three dot menu, and select "Overwrite '[View Name]'." This will overwrite the previous filters you had selected for this view.

  • To create a new view, update the filters, click the three dot menu, and then select "Save as..." to name the new view.

  • To delete a view, click the three dot menu and select "Delete 'View Name'."

Note: Saved views on the Event List and Reports work just like the Calendar!
