Below is a list of troubleshooting steps to go through if you are running into performance issues with Prism. (Or any website for that matter!)

  1. Refresh. Sometimes all it needs is a browser refresh! You could also try a hard refresh which will clear the cache as well, that's Command+Shift+R on a Mac and Ctrl+Shift+R on a PC.

  2. Check your browser. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for using Prism. Download the latest version of Chrome here.

    1. If you already have Chrome, make sure you are on the most up to date version. Learn how to update Google Chrome here.

  3. Extensions. Browser extensions can occasionally cause issues with certain websites including Prism. Try using Prism in an incognito window with Google Chrome that does not have any extensions. Learn how to open an incognito window here.

  4. Check your operating system. Macs using operating systems older than Mojave 10.14.6 may run into issues with certain websites, Apple may even stop supporting those older versions.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, please report your issue via chat or send an email to support@prism.fm. Please let us know which troubleshooting steps you have taken and provide specific detail around where you are experiencing issues and include screenshots or videos where possible!

Other issues:

  • This article covers the following login issues:

    • Forgot Password

    • Did not receive password reset email

    • Need to change username/email address

  • If you are not seeing expected events on the Prism calendar, try a hard refresh described in step 1 above. If that does not resolve the issue, check your calendar filters in the top right corner of Prism that all venues, stages, and types of events are selected.

  • If you are getting a "Your connection is not private" error, follow the steps in this article.
