Information about managing your Prism subscription, updating the method of payment on file, and requesting invoices or receipts.

Billing Portal

Visit our Billing Portal at https://prism.fm/billing/ to do the following:

  • Update or add a form of payment on file for your Prism subscription

  • Pay an unpaid invoice

  • Download receipts for past payments

  • Update your account's billing contact or billing address

If you are the billing contact on the account, you will have access to the Billing Portal via your email address. Click the "Manage Account Billing" button and enter your email address to enter the portal. From there, a one time code will be sent to your email. Once authenticated in the portal, you can perform any of the above actions and set up a password for the portal.

If you are not the billing contact or do not know who the billing contact is, contact accountmanagement@prism.fm.

Other Inquiries

For all other inquiries related to your Prism subscription including the following, please send an email to accountmanagement@prism.fm.

  • To add additional features to your account

  • To request additional information regarding your subscription agreement

  • To upgrade your Prism subscription including Promoters adding new Venues or Agencies adding new agents

  • To cancel your Prism subscription
