Billing Portal
Visit our Billing Portal at https://prism.fm/billing/ to do the following:
Update or add a form of payment on file for your Prism subscription
Pay an unpaid invoice
Download receipts for past payments
Update your account's billing contact or billing address
If you are the billing contact on the account, you will have access to the Billing Portal via your email address. Click the "Manage Account Billing" button and enter your email address to enter the portal. From there, a one time code will be sent to your email. Once authenticated in the portal, you can perform any of the above actions and set up a password for the portal.
If you are not the billing contact or do not know who the billing contact is, contact accountmanagement@prism.fm.
