Here is a quick list of all the items that can be hidden or shown on Prism documents. Note that these settings affect all documents in the account, so they must be requested by an admin and can only be switched on/off by a Client Success Manager at Prism.
Format:
Venue and Stage name in the header
Location/Address for venue in the header
Numbers:
Net Profit (Promoter) in the Event Summary (where applicable)
On VS Deals, display Profit/Loss line item
Bonus percentage with corresponding result in Event Summary section (where applicable) e.g. 80% of Net Revenue --- $25,600.00
Sections:
Variable Expenses section if there are no line items
Remove Split Point Summary and Promoter Profit section headers above Fixed Expenses section
Ticket scaling on simple offer and settlement (can also be turned on/off for advance document)
Remove Holds section
Move Event Summary and Event Details below Expenses section
Show Event Details on simple documents
Label:
"Headliner Offer" or "Support Offer" can be hidden on the top section header, and the word "Deal" can be shown instead
