Channel-based monitoring is the latest automated price tracking feature from Prisync. This feature allows Prisync to retrieve pricing data from Google Shopping using the 12-13 digit Barcode/GTIN numbers you provide. Competitor websites and pricing information are updated automatically on a regular basis.

First, register for the 14-day free trial. Next, select the “Set up your panel” option to start using the channel-based monitoring method. If you wish to switch your existing URL-based panel to a channel-based one, please contact us via live chat.
Select your country and enter your website address.
Note: Enter the website address without https:// or www.
Select the Channel-based Monitoring option and choose the Google Shopping country you wish to monitor.
At this stage, you can choose either Google Shopping, Amazon, or both. Next, select the product detail you want to use for fetching results. The channel engine retrieves only those results with 12-13 digit UPC, EAN, or GTIN codes.
You can add your products using the following methods:
Batch Import: Upload an Excel file to import multiple products at once.
Manual Addition: Add products individually, one by one.
Integrations: Use built-in integrations with Shopify and Magento to add products automatically. For other platforms, please contact us via live chat.
If you choose to add products manually, the system will direct you to the products page where you can enter the details for each product.
For batch import, download the sample file from the next page. Fill in this file with your product information and prepare it for import. Please ensure that each product has a name, brand, and category, as these are required fields. Additionally, include the product code or barcode, as the channel-based monitoring will use this value to fetch results. Note that only 12-13 digit GTIN codes are accepted by the channel-based monitoring system.
After the import is complete, you'll be redirected to the batch import page where you can check the status of your import. To view your products, click the "Products" tab at the top of your page. From there, you can review and edit the details of the imported products. Channel-based monitoring results will be available within a day.
