You can set up SmartPrice rules in the Dynamic Pricing section.
After navigating to that page, click "Add a New Rule," select the product range you want to apply the rule to, and configure the rule based on your product costs and your competitors' prices. You can immediately see the effects of these rules in the SmartPrice Live View section.
