Step 1
Download your preferred VPN location on this link: https://intercom.help/privatevpn/en/articles/6349164-openvpn-configuration-files-udp-1194
for this guide, we will select a Sweden-based server.
Step 2
Download and install the latest version of OpenVPN Connect for Windows here: https://openvpn.net/downloads/openvpn-connect-v3-windows.msi
*the program will automatically start after installation.
Step 3
Click FILE and then click the BROWSE button.
Step 4
Select the configuration file that you have downloaded and then click Open.
Step 5
Enter the following settings:
Profile Name: (any name would do or leave it as it is)
Username: (your email address)
Tick Save Password
Password: (your password)
Click the CONNECT button.
Step 6
Tick Don't show again for this profile and then click CONTINUE.
Step 7
wait for a few seconds..
Connection Success!
