Connect using a different VPN protocol
Step 1
Tap Menu button.
Step 2
Select VPN Settings.
Step 3
Tap VPN Protocol.
Step 4
Set the VPN Protocol to OpenVPN(TCP+443).
Step 5
Go back to main screen.
Step 6
Reconnect by tapping the on/off button.
*If the above fix did not work for you, try IKEv2 Protocol.
Enable StealthVPN
Step 1
Tap Menu button then choose VPN Settings.
Step 2
Enable StealthVPN.
Step 3
Go back to the main screen and then retry to connect.
Change StealthVPN Port
NOTE: This method only applies when StealthVPN is enabled.
Step 1
Tap Menu button and then select VPN Settings.
Step 2
Change StealthVPN Port to 443.
Step 3
Return to main screen and then retry to connect.
Connection Log

Choose Connection Log.
Step 3
Tap on Copy Log below.
