Step 1
Download and install OpenVPN Connect app via App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/openvpn-connect/id590379981
Step 2
Download your preferred VPN location on this page: https://intercom.help/privatevpn/en/articles/6349164-openvpn-configuration-files-udp-1194
for this guide, we will select a Sweden-based server.
Step 3
Tap Download.
Then tap Open in...
Step 4
Select OpenVPN on the list of apps.
Step 5
The configuration file will be imported to OpenVPN Connect app. Tap ADD to proceed.
Step 6
Enter the following settings:
Profile Name: (any name would do)
Username: (your email address)
Tick Save Password
Password: (your password)
Tap Add to save settings.
Step 7
Tap Allow to add VPN Configurations.
Step 8
Toggle to start connection process.
Connection Success!
