Step 1
Proceed to Terminal.
Step 2
In the Terminal, enter this line: sudo grep VPN /var/log/syslog
Enter your password for the Linux account.
Step 3
Highlight the generated logs and then select the Copy function.

Send a copy of the Terminal log to our email address at support@privatevpn.com with your thoughts.
