Step 1
Open PrivateVPN app and then click on Change.
NOTE: Do not start Plex server yet.
Step 2
Click Dedicated IP at the top tabs and then double-click your preferred VPN location to connect.
Step 3
Once connected to the VPN, restart Plex server.
Step 4
Click Plex server icon at the status menu and then select Preferences…
Step 5
Proceed to Remote Access from the left menu and then tick Manually specify public port.
Click Retry/Apply button.
Plex setup success!
