If you are experiencing connection issues with PrivateVPN app, send us the connection log for us to quickly identify the problem and send you the right solution.

Step 1

Tap Menu button and then select VPN Settings.


Step 2

Choose Connection Log.


Step 3

Tap on Copy Log below.


Step 4

Send a copy of the log to our email address at support@privatevpn.com with your thoughts.
