The Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) is a national partnership of six non-profit organizations that provide technical assistance and training in rural areas and for small and underserved communities. They work with agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support housing, water, wastewater, and private well initiatives. RCAP offers services such as well assessments, workshops, and general support for private well owners and public water systems.
