Step-by-Step Guide to Searching by Investment Strategy
Access the Filters Tab
Click on the Filter tab located at the top of your screen.
Option 1: Select Your Investment Strategy
In the filter menu, locate the section labeled Investor Activity.
Choose the specific investment strategy you want to target (e.g., Fix & Flip, Below Market, Long-Term Rental, Teardown).
This displays hot areas for previously sold deals.
Use the "Find Similar Active Deals" button
Option 2: Use the Filter
Open the filer and go to MLS deals. Choose from Fix-n-flip, Teardown, Below Market or Long Term Rentals.
Customize Additional Filters
Adjust other filters based on your investing goals, such as:
Property type
Location
Price range
Run Your Search
Once you’ve set all filters, click the blue Run Search button at the bottom of the screen to generate results.
