Learn how to access and optimize public record information for properties in Privy. By viewing foreclosure records, deeds, assessor details, and more, you can gain valuable insights to evaluate deals and uncover investment opportunities.

Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Public Record Information

  1. Open an Individual Privy LiveCMA

    • Ensure you are currently viewing the individual property CMA for the property you want to analyze.

  2. Navigate to the Public Records Tab

    • Locate the Public Records tab just below the property photo and click on it.

    • You can also scroll to the bottom of the LiveCMA.

  3. View Public Record Data

    • Once in the Public Records section, you will see detailed data such as:

      • Foreclosure Records

      • Deeds and Ownership History

      • Assessor Records (including lot size, year built, and other property characteristics)

      • Property History (Includes county record transaction history as well as MLS listing history. This will include original list data / price, status changes and prices reductions.

      • Mortgage Info (Includes lender name, interest rates, mortgage type).
