How do DNPs and Reboots affect payouts?
Only active players count toward a winning Lineup. Lineup with a player marked DNP or Reboot are still eligible to win, although the multiplier will be reduced. This is referred to as a βreverted Lineup.β For example, if you select a 3-pick power play and one of your selections is marked DNP, your Lineup will revert to a 2-pick power play.
A full breakdown of reverted Lineups are included below:β
β
6-Pick Power β 5 Pick Power
5 Pick Power β 4 Pick Power
4-Pick Power β 3-Pick Power
3-Pick Power β 2-Pick Power
2-Pick Power β Refund
6-Pick Flex β 5-Pick Flex
5-Pick Flex β 4-Pick Flex
4-Pick Flex β 3-Pick Flex
3-Pick Flex β 2-Pick Power
β
If DNPs or Reboots make it so that all remaining players in a lineup are on the same team, this will make the Lineup ineligible. In this case, you will be issued an automatic refund.
β
What happens if a player ties their projection?
If a player ends the game with the exact number projected in a PrizePicks square, this is considered a tie. Ties will cause a lineup to revert down similar to a DNP. Please refer to the table below to view how Lineups are reverted in case of a tie:

6-Pick Power β 5 Pick Power
5 Pick Power β 4 Pick Power
4-Pick Power β 3-Pick Power

Why did I receive a payout that's different from the standard rate?
Some leagues may have unique payout rates based on specific combinations of picks within a lineup. For example, payout rates can vary if you select multiple players within the same game. Lineups that include Demon or Goblin projections can have varied payout rates as well. Summary and Conclusion Payout variations arise due to a combination of factors such as lineup configurations, projections timing, and regional rules. While PrizePicks ensures multiplier locks upon submission and transparency through app features, reviewing your lineup details regularly can help you stay informed. Consult the Terms and Conditions for further clarity.

Steps to Verify Your Payout If you encounter discrepancies in your payout, follow these steps:
Open the "Lineups" tab in the PrizePicks app.
Select "Open Lineups."
Choose the lineup you want to examine.
Look for the "Show Details" dropdown or Information icon (an "i" inside a circle) to view breakdowns of your configuration and payout adjustments. Account-Based or Regional Rules
Certain account-specific settings or regional rules might impact payout multipliers and odds.
While details around such customizations may not be fully disclosed, they can affect the structure and outcome of payouts.### Key Factors Influencing Payout Differences
Lineup Configurations and Same-Game Combinations
Selecting multiple players from the same team or opposing teams in the same game can lead to unique payout rates, termed 'same-game combinations.' These configurations often result in lower payout multipliers compared to standard setups.
You can verify the impact of same-game combinations on your payout in the "My Lineups" section of the PrizePicks app.
Projections and Timing of Submission
Payouts are set based on projections available at the time of lineup submission. While projections may adjust throughout the day, the payout multipliers won't change retroactively.
This ensures transparency, albeit resulting in differences for lineups submitted at varying times.
Special Factors in Unique Leagues
Sports like PGA golf, or projections involving distinct characters like 'Demon' or 'Goblin,' may apply unique adjustments to payout rates.
These factors are part of specialized league settings and influence the final payout calculations.
Why is my payout different than my friend?
There are a couple of ways to win in our Core game mode.
If your lineup is a winner, you'll get the maximum possible payout for your lineup type. For example, a 6-Pick Power can pay out 37.5x, while a 4-of-4 Flex pays 5x.
You can also win by outscoring everyone else in your group, even if your lineup isn't perfect! This depends on how many correct picks you have and their point values. For example, a correct pick is worth 1 point, a Demon is worth 1.05 points, and a Goblin is worth 0.95 points.
Just a heads-up: Payouts depend on your entry fee. So if you tie for first with someone but have different payouts, that's because your entry fees were different.
You and your friend may have different payouts as you may have been in different contest groups.
