How to Register & Required Documents

Getting started with Kandua involves completing a straightforward onboarding process. Once we relaunch, you will be able to click on the link to the new Kandua App on the web. You can register by entering your phone number and verifying it via OTP. This simple process initiates your professional journey on the platform.

You’ll need to upload the required documents for onboarding. The requirements differ depending on whether you are an individual professional or a company.

For Individual Professionals:

  • ID or passport

  • Proof of Address

  • Huru Criminal Background Check

For Companies:

  1. Business registration (if applicable)

  2. Proof of Insurance: Minimum coverage of R5 million, including fire, theft, public liability, and workmanship defects for work conducted at client properties.

  3. Company Profile:

    • Photos of staff in branded work uniforms

    • Images of company vehicles

    • Photographs of tools used

    • Detailed descriptions of the services offered

  4. Identification of Directors: Include identification documents for all company directors.

  5. Branch-Specific Profiles:

    • Vehicles

    • Tools

    • Staff and their corresponding certifications
