1. Why is Kandua moving to a new app?

We’re upgrading to a faster and more stable platform with a refreshed look.

2. When is the migration happening?

The migration has already happened.

You would have received an access link to the new app once you are cleared to move.

3. Will I lose my ratings or reviews?

No. Your current ratings, history, and performance data will move with you.

4. What if I am asked for extra documentation?

Some pros may be required to submit additional documents or updated vetting.

The new app will tell you exactly what is needed before you can continue.

5. What about asylum seekers?

Asylum seekers will only have access to private jobs on the new app for now.

6. Will I have help or training?

Yes. Inside the new app you will find:

Support will also be available via WhatsApp.

7. How will I know when to start using the new app?

You will receive a clear message and secure access link once your profile is ready.
