The New Marketplace Experience

  • What is the Jess PWA and how does it affect me? The PWA is a new, AI-powered way for homeowners to book services. Instead of receiving multiple random calls (lead spam), you are matched based on a detailed technical diagnosis Jess performs with the user, ensuring the job is a "perfect match" for your skills.

  • Will I still get clear job details? Yes. Because Jess diagnoses the issue first, she creates a detailed job brief that translates homeowner descriptions into technical terms, helping you provide accurate quotes.

  • How do I manage my jobs in the new system? The initial release includes a core "Book a Pro" flow. By the end of March, expanded features will allow you to manage job details, cancellations, and rebookings directly within the PWA.

Compliance & Growth

  • Why is a Wireman’s License or PIRB registration required? Kandua prioritizes "Verified Certainty". For high-risk electrical and plumbing work, we must verify you are legally authorized to issue a Certificate of Compliance (COC) to protect the homeowner's insurance.

  • What is the "Certainty Club"? It is our newsletter community where we share local price benchmarks and expert tips. It helps build a "Value-First" mindset for homeowners, moving them away from cheap, unvetted labor toward verified professionals like you.

  • Can I see my customer reviews? Yes. Future updates (expected by end of March) will display your 4.5+ star reviews on your Pro profile, allowing users to book you directly from your profile page.

How does it work

  • You will get a notification to say that there is a job available, if you want it, you’ll need to accept it, fast!

  • Once you have accepted the job, reach out to the homeowner to find out the details of what they need and send them the quote. If the homeowner accepts the quote, continue with the job. If they reject it, get in touch with them to discuss.

  • After you have finished the job, send the homeowner the invoice.

  • All payments are made directly between the homeowner and yourself. Payment functionality coming soon
