As an administrator, you can import users to the companies that you have access to.

When importing users, the below options are available. Some of the options are selected by default as indicated below. The default options can be unselected if desired.
Create new users (default) | Create users if they don't exist in the database |
Update existing users, in file (default) | Update the details of users found in the file and that exist in the database |
Delete existing users, not in file | Delete users if they exist in the database, and they are not in the import list |
Reactivate deleted users found in file (default) | Reactivate users marked as deleted in the database, but are found in the import file |
Create roles, if they don't exist (default) | Create roles if they don't exist in the database |
Associate users with roles (default) | Associate users in the list to the roles listed in the roles column |
Remove previous role associations for users (default) | If a user is associated with existing roles, these role associations will be removed |
Override existing permissions | Permissions are added to the existing user permissions unless this tick is selected, then all existing permissions are replaced with the permissions from the import |
